Lydell and Nate did a great job! Devin initially came out and conveyed confidence in the proposed work, and the Daikin mini split system by all reviews is a better product with a better warranty than what another company had planned to install. Thanks all; you did a Whale of a job.

Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest mornings of the year. The Whale was the only company that we called to be able to get us in for service on the same day, not to mention quickly and efficiently. Lydell was on his way within a few hours. Lydell was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable and fixed out issue the same day, and even stayed to make sure the furnace ran through a heat cycle without issue. Will definitely recommend and utilize The Whale again should the need arise! Thank you!

Bought my condo during a heat wave only to find out the central air wasn't working and the AC unit was 20 years old and shot. Nobody had availability to come out and give me a quote for over a week EXCEPT Call The Whale. They made it out two days after I put in the request, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote right then and there. They scheduled the work, came back when they promised, and finished in the time they said it would take. No surprises. No extras. Ken and Connor were both fantastic to work with. Smart, efficient, and knowledgeable. Ken talked me through everything they needed to do and Connor stuck around after the work was done to make sure everything worked properly before taking off. Even Jenn who was consistent and thorough with communication was a delight to work with. It wasn't a cheap job, but they had financing options available and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. They knew it was hot, I was in a bind, and they came through to help. My realtor recommended them to me and I will be recommending them to anyone else who needs it. Exceptional work.

Not only are you able to speak to an actual person on the phone, the entire team I had the pleasure of working with was pleasant, knowledgeable, timely, and the service was reasonable and prompt. The appointment reminders via text were nice, with pictures of the service technician, which is a nice safety feature that I haven't seen from many companies. The issue was fixed before other companies even said they could come out. Bottom line, if you have a heat pump problem, don't hesitate to reach out to this crew!
